What can the Catholic Church do to help its Flock following Conclave?

So for the second time in the last decade the Vatican is electing a new Pontiff and the question around the world is:  'What will the new Pope's policy be'?  Will he be a force of modernization, in the vein of John Paul the 2nd, staunch Conservatism/Traditionalism like Benedict the 16th.  Regardless the outcome of the Papal Election, the first question the new Pop will undoubtedly ask is 'What Can I do too help my Flock'? The answer would be shocking:

(More after the Break)

1 In Metaphysics:  Renounce the belief in the supernatural.   Acknowledge the Primacy of Existence.  Irrevocably and publicly denounce the Platonic Bifurcation of our Reality and the unknowable Uber Reality.  State publicly, There is no God, the Sky is empty.

2. In Epistemology: Renounce the Epistemic validity of 'Faith' Acknowledge the validity of Aristotelian Reason (Logos).  State the proper use of Man's mind is the gaining of knowledge of Reality.  Acknowledge the validity and Primacy of sense perception. Condemn Mysticism.

3. In Ethics: Renounce Self-Sacrifice as a virtue  Condemn Collectivism.  Celebrate Egoism as the only moral/Ethical way for individuals too live.  Acknowledge the universal application of Egoism as the individual level.

4. Politics:  Condemn Socialism / Totalitarianism.  Advocate for the complete removal of Religion from Politics throughout the world.  Advocate the morality and efficacy of Laissez Faire Capitalism.  Publically thank the Founding Fathers of America for setting up a country that pulled the world from the Dark Ages.

As is plainly evident, this program would immediately dissolve the foundational values of Catholicism and Christianity.  On every point Religion is opposed to the philosophical values that make a proper human life possible.  It is time too acknowledge the utter corruption and evil that is the Catholic Church doing so would remove one massive obstacle in saving the world from philosophical decline.
